Any PowerVPS or Defender Hosting clients that need someone to install a copy of CE for them, I'm willing to help the support team out by doing this for free. Just email me or contact me via the boards and we'll go from there. Should only take 5 minutes if I'm available to do it.

Customization of the signup page and the members page is also available but I can't offer this for free. There are a few things that can't be done with the template, so if anyone is interested in this we'll go over what can and can't be done with it and work something out if your still interested.

Mods if you'd like to move this and maybe make it sticky, please do so. ;)

If anyone would like to see what I've done with mine, simply visit www.sincotech.com and check out the hosting plans. That's the signup page, which is still in the works, and the members area (https://client.sincotech.com/) is also some what complete. I'll setup a dummy account for anyone that would like to login, nothing really different just custom graphics, but most can be changes and styled to match pretty much any design.

Is it worth installing Clientexe? Does this offer support tickets to the client? Is it available in different languages?

This offer is for installation only. I will not support anything else but the actual install of the application.

You'll need a copy of the version of CE that you'd like installed and the license issued by PowerVPS or Defender Hosting. Please PM me with more information if you're interested.

Hey Mike,

Thanks for the offer. I think I will take advantage of it as soon as I e-mail support to set up the license. (I think that's the procedure.)

Mike, since you have experience in customizing clientexec, I was hoping if you could clarify some points for me:

I may need to customize clientexec to my language which requires UTF-8 character set and RTL direction. I gather UTF-8 option is present but I'm not sure about RTL.

I may also need to change the calendar system from Gregorian to Jalali. This one I'm afraid would not be too easy if at all possible, would it?

Thanks.

Maybe I have this wrong, but isn't Clientexec just installed by using the directions at this KB article? (https://www.powervps.com/support/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=81) Or am I missing something more complicated/confusing?

Thanks for posting this though, I did not know of all of the capabilities of CE and I will be integrating it into the hosting/design site I am creating.

I have some questions. Will clients be able to lookup domain names? Let's say I have a $8.95 enom account, can they register the domain "live" via my signup page?

Is there any reason to consider modern bill over clientexec? Sorry for the hi-jack, but I'm a bit new to this as well

When I tried to instal Clientexec, I got the follwoing error message: "Zend Optimizer not installed". Does anyone came across this problem?
Do I really need to install Zend Optimizer?

I would appriciate your help

Are you on a VPS plan? Cause the VPS plans have got Zend by default. If you are not on a VPS plan, you'd need to chat to your reseller about installing it, else I'm sure there's a howto in the knowledge base on howto install it.

About 85% of the clientexec code is encrypted, and you need either ioncude or zend encoder to decode the scripts (this is done in the background, your server just needs to have it installed)

Yes, I am on a VPS plan, that's why this looked wierd to me too.

Just have support install Zend Optimizer or use the Zend loaders. :D
