Folks, I apologize for the lack of communication on this. The windows VPS sever have been very unstable for the past few days, but also has a problem with the service VPS (a special VPS used to help manage the server and provide the power panel access amongst othewr things). This problem has rendered our own internal notification system useless so I can't (easily anyway) send out a mass announcement about this. It is also the cause ofg "service unavailable" messages.
We are waiting for help from SWSoft on this.
