PowerVPS is NOT officially supporting or installing Plesk 8.0 yet. Once we are done testing it and automating it, we will officially support it. The answer to the next question is "soon".

Customers that upgrade from 7.5.x to 8.0 do so at their own risk. Please view this forum post for more information:

At a minimum, run a full backup before upgrading to 8.0 because you will have problems, and at this time all we can do for you is restore from your last backup.

We are now installing Plesk 8 on all new Linux Plesk VPS servers! Have been for a few weeks, just forgot to update this thread.

Yes, Plesk 8 allows the installation of the following language packs at this date:

Catalan
Chinese (Simplified)
Chinese (Traditional)
Finnish
French
German
Hungarian
Italian
Japanese
Polish
Portuguese
Romanian
Russian
Spanish

I beleave its now officaly supported as its being given as an option on the MSVS packages. I have requested upgrade to 8.1 and now just need to set a date for upgrade.
