Dear Customer,

This email is to inform you of an important change to our helpdesk system. The morning of April 15th, 2005 we will be switching
our helpdesk and ticketing system back to Cerberus Helpdesk (http://www.cerberusweb.com).

From a customers perspective, nothing will change in terms of how you submit tickets - the same support email address as well as
the same web URL will work for you. You WILL HAVE to register a new account on the web interface if you use the web for ticket
submission, but this is quick and painless, and will eventually tie into our new billing system we are working on. Please try and
use your email address that you have on file with your billing records when you register via the web interface.

The old helpdesk will still be active for internal use only so our support engineers can look up previously submitted tickets,
etc. We will be moving the knowledge base from the current system to the new system.

The new system is tied closely into our backend customer management system, which will present to us customer data on the ticket interface, plus numerous features that will allow us to continue to scale on the support side.
