possible versions of MySQL

I would like to ask about possibility of having MySQL version supporting following features:
-transactional tables preferring innoDB
-SSL support
optional AES

AFIK above features are supported in 4 an above versions.
I would be happy if I can have it installed with PLESK

I believe that Plesk already comes with the MySQL version 4.x.x but jut to be sure email support@powervps.com for a quick answer.
