Guys, this stuff really makes us feel like we are on cloud 9, and I thank for your this sort of feedback. Charles and I share it with the entire company, it is such a motivator for the team here at Defender and PowerVPS.

Customer feedback:
Hey, just to let you know I've never managed a server before and moved to you from several cpanel reseller accounts with various providers.

You have made it so easy for me to make the move. Your support has been great and your Easy Start was just what I was looking for. That was the primary reason I chose you over some of the others and I don't regret it for a minute. You've saved me tons of time by having the server ready to go and now I can learn the behind the server stuff at my own pace without worrying about compromising my customers accounts.

I absolutely love having the flexibility that the VPS allows.

I can't begin to thank you enough!

None the less, I'm on a monthly payment basis. Please change that during the next cycle to a yearly basis. I ain't going nowhere!!!

I second that!

The flexibility of VPS is amazing compared to a regular reseller...
Support has been very helpful and prompt.

P.S. what's the discount for annual payments? ;)

What sets PowerVPS aside from other well respected VPS providers in the business is the server hardening they do for you before you even login for the first time. I've had accounts with a couple of the other well know companies in this field and neither of them took the time to make sure things like APF and Rootkit Hunter were installed and ready to go. The other thing is the trouble PowerVPS have gone to in order to offer us a good range of control panels, all working correctly with Virtuozzo - some of their competitors don't seem to be bothered about this and we aren't all cPanel fans you know! :)

I've said it before and I'll say it again.....PowerVPS ROCKS!
Like others, I'd been with several other companies before and either there was no service for newbies like myself or their stuff just didn't suit my needs. I've never seen a staff so willing to go out of their way to help you! It doesn't matter what I put in a ticket about, it's handled with courtesy and promptness. The humor we've shared has eased the tensions associated w/ day to day hosting life as well. I've been VERY upset and after a silly byline like "don't touch anymore buttons," I get a good laugh and am ready to go on learning. You have that "special" something and I am a customer for life!

PowerVPS , i dont have the words to describe them , All the above is absolutly right and i would double that !!

I never knew a single thing about Linux/cPanel , After Six months of hosting with a reseller, i found myself in need of a dedicated to offer accounts to resellers. I would definatly say, its just as worry free as if your on a reseller account , BUT with the flexibilty and ease of a dedicated server.

I realy fell for the VPS without knowing the 'A's and B's' of Linux, becuase of the Prompt sales and support that was given to me. I would definatly recomend any newbie to but a PowerVPS.

I'm more than satisfied.....
POWERVPS - is simply the best !!

I spread the word daily about PowerVPS/Defender. I've got a few buddies that have their own VPS's also and I've been trying to get them to switch. Most wont because it's to much of a headache to them to do so and others just don't care. lol

But I've enjoyed every minute of being housed by PowerVPS and will continue to stick with them even when I need to move into a dedicated server, for the simple fact I know everything will work and be online and if it doesn't it will be within a matter of minutes.

I moved to PowerVPS from a Plesk reseller. I thought it would be a tough process & while the move has been time consuming the support team at PowerVPS could not have been more helpful! They have answered even the most simple questions and never make you feel stupid.

Best of all this support is included, unlike other companies that tack on hourly or monthly fees for support.

I agree, but there is more
They have awesome polite support tech
Damn fast support team - (was it red bull of viagara ? )
actually they are fast in responding and fast in fixing , troubleshooting the problems
