Customise Cpanel with RVskins

Hi,

I am wondering if anybody knows how to customize the RVskins and Cpanel so to add a script to Cpanel, for example I would like to ad an emergency support script that will send me a SMS.

Any ideas?

I've got WHM to send me sms, but this would be nice too...
I'm thinking if you have a helpdesk, you could configure it to send you an sms through some gate if the prioroty is high...
