Server outage?

My PVPS-II is down right now, and it couldn't possibly have come at a worse time. My site is www.sevenstring.org.

What's going on? I tried getting the "critical support line" and got voicemail anyway, so here I am posting.

Please always open a support ticket if you need support. We do not offer phone support - that number is for dedicated servers which don't have tools like the power panel to troubleshoot, reboot etc.

In any case emailing support is always your best option. If your issue is urgent, put "urgent" in the subject and it will be treated with high priority.

Posting here will not help.
