Restore database?

Ok, Just messed up royally. Again. :D

I deleted some data and I need to restore it I have a backup from Sat. But, a lot has been done since. Is there a daily backup of the Databases? If so, how do I restore it?

Follow up.

Turns out that the backup I had was corrupted. :(

I have Veena helping me with a backup file.

Again support is coming through and bailing me out. ;)
