SP1 File not found - i386 - Services pack

I need to install Word pad or else soft on my VPS by `Add remove software` but system can't find required file. Is there some other places to download require file for my VPS ?

Would you mind opening a ticket with support department about this? Or, if you could tell me your VPS ID, I'd be happy to take a look and see if there is anything wrong with the current i386, and if it is, to have it replaced.
