Webmin sendmail module will not start sendmail server

If you find that the default install of Webmin will not start the sendmail server, you will probably need to create a sendmail server script and/or change its permissions.

If you are using the "default" powervps setup, note that sendmail is not setup to run as a daemon, but instead is setup to be run through xinetd.

In which case, you would not have to restart sendmail after you make any changes.
