How to turn on SMTP Authentication requirment in WHM?

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend against disabling SMTP authentication.

If you disable it, anyone would be able to send mail through your server without being a valid user. The authentication process verifies the person attempting to send mail through your server is an actual authororized user to send mail. :)

Do you mind me asking why you want to disable it?
