responsibilities with VPS

I'm currently a reseller. In deciding whether to get a VPS server, I need to know what responsibilities are provided by the VPS team and what responsibilities are for the VPS owners.

You're probably better off asking others here on the board what we will and wont do and what they find the transition from a reseller to a VPS is like (maybe try the lounge). I expect you'll find we'll pretty much do everything that you wouldn't have to do yourself as a reseller.

Feel free to send a ticket in to sales if you have specific questions.

Awsome post count ! Welcome aboard Karen.

I signed up a few weeks ago and as a reseller using WHM/CPANEL I found that the Copy an account from another server with account password option worked just fine for me.
