Some of the sites that I "copied" from my old reseller account didn't copy.
What is the best way to proceed from here? I have all sites on my computer, and the static sites are easy to just upload. However there are some that are dynamic with databases.

I tried doing a backup through cpanel, but get this message:
cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module.
What would I need to do to enable it?

I'm managing your ticket Karen for the transfer failure. For the System Backup message to dissapear, you can go to WHM and under "Tweak Settings" check the following:
"Do not warn users about the system backup being disabled in cPanel."
You don't have backups because you haven't set WHM backups. We do backups daily for you so that's not necessary.

Thank you Tomas.
Do I need to set this since you do backups?

I'm really getting miffed as many of the sites I've copied aren't copying :( Or only part of the site is copied.
Anyone has a couple of maraquitas (sp?) for me while I go through site by site (82) and check each one out

Karen, I'm wondering if this can have something to do with server load on your account at the other host. capnqwest told me that he had this problem.
I've done all of my transfers after about 11PM PST, so it should be a slower time on the server at the other host. Might see if that helps . . .

Eric, I wish I knew. The static sites are easy to upload if the copy doesn't work cuz I have them all on my computer. The ones with databases are killers, especially one that has gallery which I don't know how to set up :(
Alot of the issues seem to be permission issues.

I'd either try them late at night or place a ticket with support here to see if they can help troubleshoot.
