I've talked to several different folks and it would be nice to see who all is on the team. Introductions, maybe.

Yes, that's what I was looking for. Just to know who is staff and what each of them do.

Would be nice if they either were listed in this thread, or if each one would post in this thread :)

I'm not sure they will all notice this thread and reply, but lets give them a chance and see before we have to send them here kicking and screaming :)

Most are support techs, and the rest are involved in supporting you one or the other :) anyway.

Hi! My name is Rob... and I'm the Customer Support Manager for PowerVPS/Defender Hosting. My job is well... coordinating the support team for the company.

I'm in charge of scheduling, handling escallated issues, quality checking tickets, making sure staff members are kept updated about changes, and helping maintain the knowledge base.

OK, since we are all here, it's my turn. My name is Tomas and I'm Support Staff here at PowerVPS. I'm in charge of fixing/answering/doing whatever you want, so please feel free to ask whatever you want. I live in Santiago, Chile (Near Argentina), with 23 years old and a great family (wife and one baby). Yeah I'm old, but why wait right? :-)
