A new version of cPanel have just been released, version 11.
http://www.cpanel.net/products/cPanelandWHM/linux/cpanel11/index.html
If you have cPanel set to automatic, you will be updated automatically when your three is released. See above URL for release dates.
It looks like there can be a delay in license file updates after upgrade?
A shared account I access for a client was updated, and now it shows error with license file while I try to log in to cPanel.
Any problems for our VPS to go through with this upgrade now?
Or should we "wait and see"?
Apache 2 will be supported in this version

Hi,
I've got cPanel 11 running fine within my VPS -- granted, it's not a production environment. If you're wanting to have a stable server for your clients or personal pages, I wouldn't touch it till it hits the RELEASE tree.
That said, ther few UI changes are welcome to WHM thus far, and I'm looking forward to see what they've done to the cPanel interface.

Any remarkable change in the WHM section?
I have always found the reseller account creation and setup VERY confusing...

Guys, please read this twice or more:
DON'T INSTALL CPANEL 11!!!
DON'T INSTALL CPANEL 11!!!
DON'T INSTALL CPANEL 11!!!
DON'T INSTALL CPANEL 11!!!
Why?
Ask David, Rob and Anil. They are the heroes that bring up my VPS after some perl files corrupted, and move all data into a new VPS and... whell, long story.
It took allmost 24 hours.
So, please *DON'T INSTALL CPANEL 11*!

Keep waiting!
The major change is that when you view the account status when you "Modify an account" you can check some info using ajax on cPanel.
To create an account the process is exacly the same.
As I said in other post... dont install cpanel 11! :P

i would wait till mid July to run the update on it, that way they have everything sorted before hand, save you time if there were any issue too.

cPanel11 looks stable now. Many of our customers are running it, and it should be ok to move to it.
Please keep in mind that you will lose some spamassassin functionality (subject rewrites) when moving to cPanel 11.
