Hello,
The system time on my VPS has messed up. It has reset itsef to March, everytime I change it either via Plesk or Remote Desktop it switches for about a minute and then reverts back to March again.
Anyone got any idea on how to fix this?? :)

Hi, I am having the same problem.
I believe it started about when the hardware node was down for maintenance.

Hi there,
You'll need to submit a ticket for this to be fixed. :)
This is not something that can be addressed on the forums.
Our techs will be happy to help you get this issue resolved.

Hey Guys,
I have put in a few support tickets for this exact issue with the run around about how they cant fix it. My time keeps reverting to 2 months before. Right now showing April 15th 2007. From what I am reading, it has to be adjusted in the node, not at my server.
I wish this would be addressed

We found a fix for this and will be scheduling maintenance windows to have this resolved in the coming week or two.

Is there any way to get this fix in place sooner? I am running software on this vps that is very time sensative. Needless to say, if I have to run it for 2 weeks with a 2 month difference, our clients data will be off until then.
Thanks for your efforts

We can do your VPS, however it requires a reboot of your VPS to do so. Drop a ticket and support can reboot your VPS and fix this.

Hey Tom,
I had a ticket already going about this whole issue, I just attached a note for the reboot with part of our convo:
here is the ticket number# Return to Ticket #DKT-60019-595 (https://www.powervps.com/support/index.php?x=&mod_id=5&view_type=Open&ticket=DKT-60019-595)
Thanks for the help!

Hi there,
Just as a quick update, we have a fix for this, however it requires an update to the hardware node which will result in the node itself needing rebooted.
We've scheduled reboots for the nodes effected and working through them as quickly as possible.

Hey There,
I am not sure exactly who worked on my VPS, but when I logged into it this morning it had been rebooted over the weekend and also the time is correct. Somebody did something.
You might want to check it out. You may also still want to implement the change you were talking about. Not sure, but it is currently working.

Some folks were already fixed per the email announcement sent to customers. :)
Those that are not already fixed are scheduled for fixing.
