hi,

does anybody know how to copy users and accounts (domains) from a plesk server to another?

Log into the server via RDP and navigate to:

Start -> Programs -> SWSoft -> Plesk -> Plesk Backup.

Generate a backup file of the accounts you wish to move.

Open:

Start -> Run and execute: mstsc.exe

Open the options pane.
Navigate to Local Resources
(select MORE if necessary)
Choose to share drives (make sure to share the drive that the backup exists on).
Type in the IP address of the server you're moving the accounts to.
Log in to RDP on that server.

On the server you're moving accounts to, through the mstsc.exe connection to RDP, navigate to My Computer and open the drive you have just shared.

Navigate to the location of the backups you've generated.
Drag the backup to the desktop.
Go to Start -> Programs -> SWSoft -> Plesk -> Restore Backups

Select the backup file and choose to restore.
Go ahead and choose to create a new IP address for each IP that the sites were associated with on the other server.
Restore the accounts.
Log into Plesk and reassign each account to an IP actually on this system (unless you set up an IP address mapping during the restores).
Remove the old IPs from Plesk, as they don't actually exist on the system.

I think that's about it. This is all from memory (I don't have 2 machines to do this with at the moment), so if I've made a mistake, please do correct me!
