Why all the messages resulting from ROOT to my mailbox arrive with a domain CPANEL.TEMPLATE ?

Please check your /etc/hosts file. It looks like it wasn't cleaned up last time the cpanel template was worked on.

Or just send in a ticket to support and we'll take care of it for you.
