Second instance of Apache in the same server

I would like to know, how easy is to install a second instance of Apache...

I need to install Apache 2.0 in a new unassigned IP so I could install there php 5.2, Open Lazlo, and other tools required by Dokeos 1.8.2 without affecting my currently hosted websites.

Do you anticipate any problem?

You should be able to do it, but you're looking at using a LOT more memory with apache, and you'll need to customize the current apache install as well so that it's not listening on port 80 for all IPs.
