Folks,
It you have an issue that is legitimate and wish to post on the forums, you must post a ticket ID that we can reference. If a post is made complaining about an issue or resolution or the way something was handled, it must include a ticket ID. Without a ticket ID we cannot reference the case history and try and get a resolution to your problem.
Threads without ticket ID's will be removed starting from this point forward.
Again, to make this very clear - if there is NO TICKET ID in your initial post, the thread will be deleted.
