We're pleased to announce that we have begun our public testing of the HSPComplete platform. With this platform, we're introducing a brand new ordering/provisioning/management system as well as completely redesigning our internal infrastructure to add additional layers of security and redundancy.
Please read the notes below to learn what is expected from this test, what we're offering as part of the test, and how to get help.
Terms and Conditions for Participation
You must be a DTG customer in good standing (either a PowerVPS customer, or a dedicated/managed/colocation customer). You also must remain a customer during the pre-launch trial period. If you cancel your service while the trial is running, your trial will also be canceled.
Beta participants are expected to submit feedback regarding both the servers and the HSPComplete control panel. We reserve the right to remove participants who are not active in the test.

Technical Support
Beta participants can submit tickets at http://www.dtghelpdesk.com or email support (at) dtghelpdesk.com. Please be aware that these tickets are lower priority. Our techs will be monitoring this helpdesk, however issues from live production servers will be handled first.
Whats Being Offered
All testers will sign up for an account through our web-based ordering system. Once the server is provisioned, you will receive a 64-bit VPS running your choice of cPanel, Plesk, or no control panel.
This VPS will include 30GB of disk space, 768MB of memory, and 800GB of bandwidth.
What's Allowed
The same rules and AUP/TOS that exist for PowerVPS services will exist for this trial. These can be reviewed at http://www.powervps.com/aup.php and http://www.powervps.com/terms.php. This means no illegal downloads, no proxy sites, no IRC servers, no illegal content, etc.
Other Notes
The servers running this beta are production quality machines and have been stable through 6+ months of our own internal testing. However this is still a beta test, as a result, if your site is an e-commerce site and you live off of the revenue you make on the site, please do not apply for this test. We will try to schedule maintenance with at least 24 hour notice posted on our forums whenever possible. Before we end the test, we will give you at least 30 days notice. At the end of the trial, all test accounts will be deleted. We cannot convert the beta accounts into production accounts.

To signup for this test, please visit http://my.powervps.com and signup as if you were a new customer. Please disregard all pricing listed on the site as it is not final. When you're asked about payment, choose the "Offline Payment" method. Our billing staff will manually apply payment to your account and provision your beta account. You should receive your login information within 48 hours.
