HOWTO enable DNS on a non-plesk server

Start->Administrative Tools->Manage Your Server

Then click on "Add or remove a role". You can then Choose "DNS Server" and set it up from there.

That's pretty much it, or well... that's how you are suppose to install the MS DNS component. However, you would need the i386 directory to be present on your VPS/server.

Configuring MS DNS is... well, another story :)
