No this is not normal. Please restart your VPS via the Power Panel and if you still can't connect, let me know.
Were you connected before? When you disconnect, you need to logoff, not just close the RD program. A reboot will fix this though.

Well, I am trying to connect to my power panel, but it is so slow. I was not connected before, but the first time I tried to connect I typed in the wrong IP.

Make sure you are using https when connecting to the power panel (just like with linux). I believe we incorrectly used 'http' instead of 'https' in the first batch of welcome emails.
I tested your Power Panel and its working fine for me btw (using https).

Yes, apperently I was not using HTTPS while trying to connect to my Powe Panel, I will check it out now and reply.
I have connected to my Power Panel sucessfully, and rebooted my VPS. Then I connected to the VPS via RDP, and it was accomplished sucessfull. Good job guys, till now I didn't face any serious issues. Tomoro I will get some stuff on the VPS that will show me how does it perform when it faces high resource demand.

Excellent.
Now thats what I want to hear. The more realistic use you can give it the better. It will help none of us if you don't try put a load on the VPS.
I look forward to hearing the results!
charles
Well, I can easily load it up, and I hope it will show the best results.
I think the problem is when you close RDC it doesnt close the connection server side and you get kicked out because numsessions is filled. Not sure I have this same problem and I noticed it on PowerPanel.

Yes, you need to logout, not just close your RDC client.

rebooting this fix to me :)
Reboot does fix it temporary but it doesnt fix the auto-logout permanently.

Are you saying that when you get auto logged out that you then can't reconnect?

Yes, It says reconnected "tries 1 out of 20" and it then it closes RDC.

I think this must be client specific. It does not happen to me with rdesktop. Need to borrow some linux CDs? :)
The timout can be adjusted, but a real windows user will have to chime in and help here. I don't use windows (i just pretend to on tv).
