View Full Version : My VPS is down, and Powervps' mouth is shut

It seems (but I am not sure) that Powervps is doing some work
on my VPS' node (IP 69.65.102.49)

Sent an email to support@powerps.com ... no response
Posted a ticket on the new helpdesk (Kayako) ... no response
Posted a ticket on Cerberus helpdesk ... no response

It has passed almost 1 hour since I noticed the issue.
My customers will start to call in some time, as work hours
become closer.

Hello,

The hardware node your VPS is located on turned into read-only file system. We're currently restoring VPS's on that node to other nodes.

One tech has already replied to your ticket HTY-97719-666.

Restoration is still in progress. Please update the ticket HTY-97719-666 if you need any further assistance on this issue.

I see, the problem is that users/customers cannot update the thread you mention. Any ETA?

1 more hour, my VPS is still down.
I am being forced to start moving some of my customers off the VPS.
Hope you can solve this very soon.
