- What's the difference between the "Reseller Hosting" package and the "Cpanel Power-1" packages?
- If I were to initially go with the "Reseller Hosting" package and then wanted to upgrade to the "CPanel Power-1" package, what would be involved?
- Is there a "Power-0" package? The "Power-1" package has more disk space and bandwidth than I would actually need.
- Are there any current "specials"? I'd like to get as much as I can for as little as possible. ;-)

I'm not staff, but I can take a stab at a few of your questions:
Reseller Hosting is non-VPS - meaning you share your Reseller account on a server with other resellers, rather than a VPS where your accounts are on a virtual server. You can read more about VPS's here: http://powervps.com/what.php
I don't think you can just upgrade your Reseller account to VPS, but you can purchase a VPS and then move your accounts over.
There used to be a Power-0 package, but it's discontinued.
I think these specials are current: http://powervps.com/current-vps-sale.php

A reseller account is exactly that. A shared account, noi resource guarantees or ssh access. A VPS is a full blown linux server under your control. In the case of a cpanel power-1 it comes with the cpanel control panel.

It's just like switching providers except you have us to help you on both ends :)

There is a power-0 plan but it only has 128Mb or RAM and cpu restrictions. It has no control panel and requires linux expertise. It's intended for backup servers, and specific applications, not reselling.

No surprise :)
