Hi All,
New to Power VPS having switched from a previous host :D In the process of migrating all of my sites over and I've noticed something I wanted to clarify with everyone before I raise a ticket.
Yesterday I sent a 37Mb attachment to another user on my VPS to test everything worked ok with large attachments (as one of my clients often sends large attachments).
It sent OK but upon downloading it took forever. I'm on 512k b/band (256k down) and it couldn't have been pulling more than 5k/second. So I left the PC and came back to it a short while later to expect it still to be downloading but it had finished. So I assumed speed had picked up after I left the PC and all was well.
However, tonight I received a legitimate attachment from a friend (ony 1.3Mb) and this again was very slow to download. I left it running for over 1 hour and it still hadn't finished. I cancelled the send/receive in outlook and tried again and this time it came down straight away.
So, am I missing something? Have others experienced the same?

PS - And no, I wasn't running any P2P software at the same time ;)
