Hello Guys,

RE: FGP-29360-105

I reported a problem with my WindowsVPS last night on the above support ticket reference.

After restarting my VPS last night, for some reason, it has never restarted. I recieved 2 replies from support advising they had restarted the VPS, however it never started. I then recieved a reply to advise the VPS is corrupt, and our options are to restore from back up or re build. I have since sent 3 further emails via the ticket and support email but as yet, have had no response.

If any staff read this, I would appreciate it if someone could update me on the sitiation and reply to the support ticket ASAP.

I have had superb support from PowerVPS many times before, and normally have a response within 30 mins. I have now been waiting over 9 hours since my last reply to the support ticket.

I have now recieved several replies from the support team in regards to the problems I have been experiencing with my VPS.

Thank you PowerVPS, back to the superb support I have experienced in the past with yourselves. Brilliant.
