I am interested in purchasing one vps account but dont know which one to choose as you have cpanel vps and plesk vps.

Please tell me which plan is suitable for me.

I wanted to use and run IRC server for webpage chat and java server for instant messenger.(irc server contains exe file)

Which supports

Php/Mysql
all other features........

I also wanted to know which other softwares i can install ?

I am moving to vps to first time so need information correctly.

Both Plesk and CPanel support PHP & MySQL. You can use CGI & Perl on both too. I'm not sure if IRC is allowed on the network, I would get sales to clarify that if I were you.
