My site greatershiloh.net has been down since Friday when the hardware node went down. The site may need to replace the files and database from a back up.
The site is just a blank page. All my other sites are fine. When the hardware failed maybe the database/files for greatershiloh.net were corrupted and then migrated to the new vps node.
This is an urgent issue because the site has been down since Friday. I called support twice, emailed 3 times and no response.
I need this site up and running like it was before the hardware problems. I am out of town and I will not be able to check my email very often. If this needs to be handled by a senior tech please do so.
I have no way of restoring the site myself because I am out of town. The sites files/database needs to be restored to a back up copy before Friday.
Usually I have been very happy with your service as I have been a customer of yours for more than 4/5 years but this is making me nervous.
