The server node became inaccessible at 2:15 PM EST and is currently being worked on by our engineers.

Greetings,
HSPC14 is back online and VPS"s should be coming online shortly. We will most likely be migrating VPS's to more secure nodes to allow us to troubleshoot any possible issues with this node without incurring more downtime.

Unfortunately HSPC14 failed again after the reboot. We are troubleshooting this issue and bringing the node back online to attempt to migrate VPS"s off and onto a more secure node.

We are attempting to replace the RAM in HSPC14 to bring it back online to migrate VPS's off of it to a more secure node. We will let you know when we have more information on this issue, thanks!

HSPC14 is back up with new RAM in place and is holding steady at the moment. We are continueing to monitor and troubleshoot this node to try to avoid additional downtime for customers. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to provide a stable VPS environment soon, thanks!
