Network Outage - May 11th 2009

Hello all,

We had a brief network outage caused by a router hiccup.

We are not sure of the cause yet however I will let you know as I know more.

At this time all customers should be back online.

The outage lasted from 17:21 to 17:27.

We are still investigating the cause of this.
