The PowerVPS members page I have has support tickets but the only choice is "Billing Issues". is it only me? :D

The https://www.powervps.com/members login is for billing issues only, you can submit technical support issues via email to support@powervps.com or via the web at http://www.powervps.com/support - this should have been in your welcome email when you signed up.
