I just wanted to give my most sincere thanks to the employees of Power VPS for all of their assitance in both answering all of my newbie questions and assisting me with getting my site setup!

David from support was so very nice with walking me through and providing explanations as to what was happening, what actually happened, and what would need to be done. Setup was an absolute breeze, and I was lucky enough to get nameservers to propogate in less than an hour! That was hard for me to believe lol. I had to do few tracerts to ensure that I was not dreaming or something.

Mike from Power VPS called me earlier today to report that I was temporarily housed on a Dual Xeon 2.8 GHz box until they could move me over to a Dual Opterton (hopefully 250!) box later in the week. I'm telling you what, I can already see a huge difference in speed and overall "snappiness" at my site. I am absolutely amazed, and I can only assume that it will only be better when my site is relocated to it's home later in the week.

I felt the need to post this, because I am absolutely impressed in every way, shape, and form with how business in handled here. I couldn't be any happier to be aboard, and I only hope that I can return to the community here what has already been graciously given to me.

:)

What's really cool is that the level of support you received? It doesn't stop when the new wears off. These guys rock........period.

Welcome to PVPS (: Anyways hope you have a great time with your new VPS learning new stuff. Remember to use PowerPanel to backup before you do any updates just incase you break it. :D or Just have Support take care of it.

BornOnline, just request to be put on Opteron box (:
