I hate to create a thread that serves no real purpose, but I would like to express my appreciation for doing this. I prefer getting my basic questions answered in this format by staff and other users so I don't have to bug the staff with trouble tickets on issues that are not critical. I also feel this is a good way for way for members to contribute by writing on issues that may be vexxing to other new users. I would also like to say I have been very happy with my service as customer support has been responded to all my requests very quickly. Thanks again!
