Would you switch providers if it were say 5 dollars cheaper per month or are you like I am and would stay here?
What about available packages? Would you request what you wanted or move on?
The reason I'm wondering is that when I find a place that has the service that we receive here, I'm fiercely loyal. I'll raise my prices before I go to someone else but I see people on WHT switching VPS providers like they were trading football cards.

Truthfully: I'm very loyal as well.
When I pick a brand I stick with it - not only is moving a hassle but theres all sorts of 'unknowns'.
Whereas with the providers I'm with now: I know what to expect no matter what, I know which techs. are going to give me which responses, which ones are going to hop in and correct them halfway through the ticket, etc. ;)
The quirks make it fun though.
Pricing plays no role in my decisionmaking - I am very budgetminded but am willing to shell out a few extra here and there to ensure I'm receiving a quality product.

That's how I feel here. I know who may add in a few extra tidbits like "don't push any more buttons" lol and it's just comfortable here. My clients know how I am though, I use DirectI as a registar and won't change, I use PowerVPS and for the first time, I'm completely happy. I am gonna have to let a gamer go, but only because the guys that ordered it have missed payment and I can't continue to keep something configured just for them.
I'm glad to see someone else with loyalty, (even if it is somewhere else ;p)

I agree, pricing is not the factor at all. I look for service.
As I said before, I came here initially because of their Easy Start package offered. The service has been second to none.

Me too. Great selling point. Nearly went with Servint, but in the end the initial setup offered here swung the pendulum. Not saying the oothers wouldn't offer any setup help, but you'd have to ask for each part, and probably go through many support tickets. Here it is a 'standard option'.
Fully agree everything else said here so far.

I have a VPS also with ServInt. Their support is excellent.
I ordered my second VPS through here due to a recommendation- figured I'd try it out. I'm glad I chose ServInt as my first choice because they don't have the 'easy start' feature. This forced me to actually learn what's going on in my VPS and how to set up different software/scripts. This has helped me to feel more confident that I know what I'm doing.
