Where can I download/purchase Enterprise Manager? It seems like it comes bundled with SQL Server only.

thanks

That is correct. As far as I know its only attainable in this manner.

SQL EM really isnt necessary as there is enough functionallity in the system that plesk has added to the control panel. Just follow these steps and once you have added your administrator username and password add it to the sql server database connection area of the plesk control panel. Once you do this you can create dbs and all that and then you can also use the web version of the msde enterprise manager.

Thanks for the reply Soul. I did try the Plesk UI. It is a decent UI, however I would prefer to use a windows app UI as they are much more usable - that's why I was looking at EM.

Have you used any other software to manage MSDE? I have found a list at this site, but there are no reviews.

I have access to SQL EM. So I have never bothered to look at any other managers.

Sorry
