Hi.

A friend of mine told me he'd come over to PowerVPS I hope he is out there somewhere listening? Anyway I just thought I would write and say hi and what a fantastic setup there is here. Very organized and very friendly.

I seriously wish I had done this back in February. There might be a few others migrating this was if they have not already.

Rather than start a new thread, I thought I'd start my introduction right here. :)

I just moved to PowerVPS a few days ago and I am stunned by the quick setup and support response times. In fact, I'm also very impressed by how much faster my sites load and the amount of control I have over my new VPS.

I moved here from Surpass Hosting, who seems to be growing faster than they can keep up. Plus the support is slower than I'd like and if you ask what may be considered a dumb question, you often get responses from support folks that are very sarcastic and demeaning. I had three accounts there which I have now consolidated into a single VPS account here at PowerVPS.

I found out about PowerVPS from WHT. The deciding factor was the spreadsheet created by Carlos (sorry, can't remember his last name) which I reviewed, and then found that Carlos himself had moved to PowerVPS. So here I am. If PowerVPS offers referral rewards, then Carlos deserves mine.

Anyway, I'm excited to be here! :D

Here for one complete month now, and looking forward to the day I no longer submit such VPS 'noob' questions.

Well, as you all have so eloquently stated, I'm finding out first hand just how helpful support here is. And fast! I'm more and more impressed each day. I think this is the start of a wonderful friendship. :)

I was actually sitting here drinking my Starbucks hazelnut moca thinking it might be good to give out some gift certificates for coffee or something. :)

Lol, you should get a raise for putting up with me for two years.....or is that Charles? :p BUT, we oughta at least get a Christmas card, sheesh!
