Some Questions

Ok, I'm currently under the CPanel 2 pkg and am thinking of upgrading within the next few weeks.
Most of my target is local business with only one having high traffic sites. He is adding a few more but the traffic should remain about the same.
Would it be better to go to the CPanel 3 or add a Cpanel 1?
Would a dedicated server be better for my needs? The above customer's sites will have about 3 months a year that they are hopping. The months leading up to a race are extremely busy because the URL is on local news, papers, websites, etc.
Advice?

I currently have a Power-3, I must say that VPS can take a beating and keep on kicking. I've tested it thoroughly it can handle high loads with still relatively good speeds. The only reason I would suggest another small Power-1 would be because you can seperate the traffic and distriubute the load. But, I don't really think you'll have much of a problem on a Power-3.

Thanks elix. It's not that much extra a month so it's definitely cost efficent w/ 3. I have a little lax time inbetween the busy season and I'd like to get it done soon. I think the only complaint I've had is one guy in Cali who said ping time was slow for him but I think it's him that's a bit slow. :D

You have to remember, the server is located in Virginia, so packets have to travel cross country to get to where he is, it can't releastically be any faster than ~65ms. What is the ping time that he is getting? Also, a traceroute would help, it could be that there is latency at his ISP's end or, they have a routing issue.

I don't remember what he told me but the pings I'm getting are fine. Excellent in fact. To be honest, I think he got miffed that they chose me lol. tunicaairraces.com is the addy.
