Please note that this *only* affects mysql 4.1.

Hi,
The current cPanel version is 4.1.11 and apparently will get reverted to that if you do a /scripts/upcp after having manually upgraded your MySQL.
Waiting on the cPanel team to release the .13 ...

4.0.25 and 4.1.13 are now set for BETA, EDGE, and CURRENT.

I'm running release, if I do
/scripts/mysqlup will that install .13? Should I expect anything to go wrong or should it be all smooth?

If you are running Release, it will most likley try to install .12. You'll either need to wait for them to push .13 to Release or switch to one of the above 3 builds.

Would you suggest that RELEASE users change to CURRENT for this update? RELEASE is on 10.2 while CURRENT is on 10.4, I've heard of some problems with this update. Any information on that?

If you are using mySQL 4.0.x, I would suggest leaving it alone.
If you are on 4.1, I don't see any problems with going to current long enough to be able to /scripts/mysqlup to grab the latest 4.1 release.
