Normally when a customer signs up with PowerVPS we do some intial setup of their account (which we call out EasyStart). Here are the steps you need to take to achieve the same with your BETA Windows VPS with Plesk.

Set Admin info

1. Login at https://1.2.3.4:8443 using admin/setup
2. Fill out the preferences. For “Select shared IP addresses” select all IPs. Enter your chosen password twice and click “OK”.
3. Fill out all required fields for “Administrator information” with your info. Uncheck the checkbox to get periodic emails, but leave the “create default account” one checked. Click “OK”.

Setup DNS template

1. Go to System → Server → DNS
2. Remove the two ‘ns’ lines by checking them and clicking “Remove Selected” and then confirming.
3. Now a NS record for ns1. To do this, choose a record type of NS and click “Add New DNS Record”. Enter ns1.customerdomain.com. in “Enter nameserver” *nothing for domain name* and click “OK”.
4. Repeat for ns2

Add your domain

At the time of writing this, if you checked “create default account” in the Set Admin info section above, you would have a client created already. If not, create a client first

1. Go to General → Domains → Add New Domain.
2. Select “My Domains”
3. Enter your domain name and click “OK”.
4. Check “Physical hosting” and click “OK”.
5. Check SSL, enter a FTP/Microsoft FrontPage Login, your password, (ignore the frontpage section if you dont need it), select all service that are enabled and click “OK”.

Fix the main domain DNS

Since this is the host domain we need to add A records for ns1,ns2,host.

1. Click DNS
2. Click on Add new dns record
3. Choose A ->(then it will say invalid IP, ignore it), then enter the First IP and ns1
4. Repeat for ns2 using your second IP.
5. Repeat for host using your first IP.

During "Add your domain", step 2, it just says "No items". And I'm still not sure what Step 2 under "Setup DNS template" means. :(

Why don't you open a support ticket; I'm sure Veena won't mind helping you out. =D

That's a good idea. :D Except...I don't know if I already have a support account or not. :(
