The PowerVPS AUP is the typical Big-company "you can't do anything we don't like" BS.

I would never host with them after reading that thing! Lol now I've read that same AUP and had NO problem with it. I wonder WHY someone would get upset at it? :rolleyes:

(: I wonder if the PowerVPS AUP affects me, I been with this company back in Nov 2004 before they bought PowerVPS, I never saw an AUP for DefenderHosting. I dont do anything illegal so I dont believe it affects me. :D

No, seriously Charles, it does look good.
I'd do it a bit different but it ain't my site. I have fallen in love with CSS design, layers, it seems to give me more creative freedom than tables. But I won't use Dreamweaver or that F word. I am strictly old school, code it myself and leave the garbage code out. Plus I'm seeing GREAT SEO w/ the CSS.

We've also got some COOL specials on the way for Virtuozzo Dedicated servers on the way too. :)

You'll find them in-line with pricing from some "other" dedicated server companies that are unmanaged. Plus if you have a VPS, ya don't lose IPs or anything else. Just like a VPS, only you get the full resources of the box and are the only one on it.

More will be announced soon in the next few weeks.

Regarding why it takes so long... we've honestly been focusing on keeping up with everything. Making sure we ramp our our hiring of support folks to handle new orders, adding hardware, etc. It's a little on the lower end of the priority stick, but it WILL be done. hehe

My site is a dang mess. I have been working on it this weekend though and have my new logo designed and all so I'm getting somewhere. i had it about done and then decided I wanted to use the CSS layering on it so I started all over again.
