Now that it supports PayPal subscriptions, I may have to take another look...

Same here, Paypal and I believe 2CO also. I must take a look at this and see how easy it is to use for a reseller like me.

Also need to figure out how to get full access to the clientexec forums at http://www.clientexec.com/forum/index.php?

I believe you need to purchase support for that.

CE's official support requires a paid license direct from them or purchasing a support plan direct from them. For free user-to-user support, check out www.ce-talk.com. :)

(Personally I'm a Modernbill person. lol)

Since the country I'm in now (Cyprus) JUST began to be recognized by PalPal this version seems interesting. It also supports domain registration through ENOM, which is nice as well...

A lot of improvements in this version, check out the changes list

the previous version is perfect for my business... i translated everything to french a month ago... ( even if CE tells it's french... the french translation isn't totaly french... AND there's a lot of text directly in the code... in the subscription process for example ...) So i translated everything for my customers... but now, that a new version with cool features is out... I will have to re-translate it again :/

But CE is a must for a small webhosting company without the money to pay a complex billing system like modernbill ...

My next translation projects... is cpanel... it's so big arg!!

Hi Fred, I use RVSKIN with CPANEL and everything is available in french for the customer. Interested also in maybe helping you out on the french translation of CE.

LMK if I can help. I will need the french anyways in perfect condition.

hi canuck, i use rvskin with cpanel too... and it seems a lot of sections and sentences are not translated... i didn't have the time to check it to note everything that wasn't translated... but i remember antivirus or antispam aren't all translated ...
Maybe it's related with the skin... What skins are you using ?

For the CE translation, well, i really don't know when i will have the time to look at it...
but i translated everything in the previous version in like 2 or 3 hours of work... When i will do it, i can give you the files without problem :)

Hi Fred, I'm using rvskin version 6.34 with Cpanel version 10.2.0-RELEASE-82. Look's pretty good to me.

As for translated CE files, I wouldn't mind taking a look at the old version files and attempt to translate the new ones. Can you send me them ?

Thanks

My email (twospeed{%}videotron.ca)

Thanks

I would not recommend putting email like this in forums, spam crawlers will find it and you will get more spam :)
put it like twospeed videotron.ca or something...

"-After each upgrade go to admin->settings->3rd party invoices to ensure all plugins are synched properly"

Where is 3rd party invoices? Can't find it. I got an errors on the top in main area after logged under admin.

most of the clientexec errors are caused by a corrupted files... Can you give us the error you have ?

ClientExec files are "encoded" to protect the source code, so you have to upload them using binary method... or it could cause corruption in the files...

Also, cpanel plugin for example *NEED* to have open_base dir disabled for the clientexec domain.

My first installed clientexec was 2.3, it was no problem. After upgraded to 2.5, it was corrupted files, I did upload in binary mode. Nevermind.... I fixed.
