SWsoft (sw-soft.com), a provider of server automation and virtualization software, announced the availability of Virtuozzo 2.6.2 for Linux. The newest version of Virtuozzo for Linux includes physical to virtual migration (VZP2V), expanded Virtuozzo Control Center (VZCC) tools, expanded platform support and more. Virtuozzo for Linux 2.6.2 is unique in providing full support of both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms.
"We are excited to provide this new tool to help customers easily and accurately migrate servers from physical to virtual servers," said Kurt Daniel, director of marketing, SWsoft. "Virtuozzo now makes it easy for IT professionals to quickly and easily automate the transition from a physical infrastructure to a truly virtual infrastructure with its significant increases in performance, availability and automation."
Some of the features included in the new version include Auto-Update Utility, Stateful Firewall Support, Broader Platform Support, and Virtuozzo PowerPanel (VZPP) enhancements.

I wonder when PVPS will issue a update date, most likely next sunday.
