I received a response within 4 mins for a NEW ticket. Anyone else with figures to beat that?
** Please beat this with response time of a NEW ticket only ...i know their responses tend to get even quicker with pending tickets.

Smirk.. It reminds me of a project go live. Working with the unix sysadmin person and they raised a emergency call about getting access to the SAP DB admin user only to realise that he just paged himself because he is the admin :-)
