AIM/ICQ Alerts

Has anybody been able to make this work? I've been fiddling around with this the past couple of days to no avail. I'd appreciate it if anyone could give me some pointers...

WHM needs its own ICQ and/or AIM account.
Register an extra account and in WHM-->Edit Setup (bottom of the "edit setup" page), add user and password for accounts (ICQ/AIM) which server should use for notifications.

After this is done, you can setup in "Contact Manager" on which events and with which method server will notify you.

It's very straightforward.

my ICQ alerts work... I think there's a post on cpanel forums on how to make it work, if I'm not mistaken... if you don't find it let me know, I'll have a hypnosis session to try and remember how I made it work :)
