It wasn't really being used by anyone other that spammers, so it has been turned off. It's been quite a while and hardly anyone has even noticd i am afraid, which means turning it back on is unlikely at best.

It's coming back:

It has gone beyond temporary, but can't give you an eta on when we'll have it back up, sorry. It was just a spam magnet with little activity and we don't have the resources to commit to it right now. Once we get our virtuozzo issues under control we'll get back to things like this (most likely use a different wiki and integrate with your billing system login for write privs).
