Plesk Client/Login Troubles

Before I state my problem, I have to say a few things. I'm new to Plesk, but out of all the control panels I've used, it's the most impossible to use/understand. :P

I want to create reseller accounts for clients. I was told that reseller accounts are actually just clients with enhanced limits or so, like the ability to create domains. I made a test account and then made a domain, but then that's where I had my problem. From that reseller account, I couldn't create a user. It had options for Domain user and web user but when I tried logging into Plesk with their info it was rejected. So bottom line: How do you create users from reseller accounts?

There is no need to create another user once the client has created the domain.

Go into the domain area, and then Domain User, check the Allow Domain User Access (or something like that) and set up the password.

Log out. Log into Plesk by using the domain name as the username.
