Hey!
So far the windows test has been going well! I have had no major
problems, i do have a minor one at the moment though!
I accidently clicked the "Disconnect" button while in RDP, before i set
the timeout for the terminal services. I went to log into the PowerPanel
but i cant login with the provided username and password. I have tried
the current administrator username and password for the server itself (i
changed it for security reasons) but that will not work either.

Hi Craig. Sorry we never responded to your support ticket yesterday. Ironicaly I just noticed that and replied a few moments ago. Here was my response
Is this still a problem? As bad as it sounds, a reboot will clear the RDP session. If you still can't get to the powerpanel, try the use 'Administrator' with whatever password you set, otherwise let me know the admin login/pass you are using and I'll take a look.

Hi Charles!
I am not so botherd about the RDP session problem as it was my own fault fo rnot logging out  I have tried every username combination (Administrator, admin, and my renamed administrator account username) and all the passwords that i have set for every account and i still can't get onto the PowerPanel, maybe it dosent like renamed Administrator account?
Thanks charles!

Yes, I think its the renaming of the Administrator account. I can reset the Administrator password, but I'd rather learn from this. Can you send in a ticket to support with the new admin login and password and let me try first?
Also, can you RDP in now?
thanks

Hi Craig
Yes, that was it. I couldn't set a password for the power panel (it complained about not finding "Administrator") so I had to create a Power Panel Login for you. So try now with your admin login/pass.
So, the lesson learned is that if you change your Administrator user, you will need to request a new login created for you in the Power Panel.
The only downside to this is that these logins are not portable. If you ever get migrated to another server we would have to revoke the login on the old server and add a new one on the new server.

Thank you very much charles :)
Time to have a look about then, i am alot more familiar with windows than linux. I use Windows 2003 Server daily but have never used it in a hosting enviroment! So far i dare say it... it seems faster than Linux!
