If you think they check forums more than their emails, you are wrong, so posting your ticket id here shouldnt really help you get a quick answer. I hope you've got your mail answered by now.

Well, I would have responded that sales emails are the last ones answered (whether you agree or like it or not) because they are. But in this case, his email was closed because our auto reply bounced. I'll try respond to your email, but it failed to to lack of disk space, so fix that please.

I changed your email address to protect you. Is your name Howard, and was the subject "returned custoemr"?

I dont handle billing, but expected someone would have looked at this already. If this is you, I'll try get it expedited.

You should have received a response now, but since we have moved to a new billing system, you need to just signup again.

Yes, someone will be calling to verify the ordder, but don't expect it to happen in the next 10-12 hours please.

Hi Howard

I am not sure why you were not contacted, but I apologize. If it makes you feel any better, other than verifying the order you would just have been told that it's going to be another day or two before we can provision your server. But regardless, you should have been called already. What timezome are you in? Hopefully someone will be able to call in the next few hours.
